Marketing Manager (1)
Scope of the Job
This is a senior management position. The incumbent
will report directly to the CEO and will be required to co-ordinate the establishment
and implementation of a corporate marketing and sales program, inclusive of
operational systems and procedures. To assist in the formulation and
implementation of sales activities of the Ship Brokerage, Equipment Hire and
Maritime Services, Shipbuilding and Ship Repair, Engineering Services and all
other goods and services provided by the Company through effective sales
promotion programs aimed at total customer satisfaction.
The Person
The successful
candidate should possess the following:
* A degree in Management, Economics or any related
Social Sciences Degree with at least
3 years relevant experience in marketing at a management level in a
private sector organization. OR
* A Diploma in Marketing or any other related Social
Sciences Diploma with at least 5 years relevant experience in a marketing
department at a management level in a private sector organization.
* Knowledge of IT as a management tool will be an
advantage.
